HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.

This email is only an acknowledgment for information purposes and it does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

The contract between you and us regarding the products ordered will not be formed until you receive a formal confirmation email from us including a description of the products purchased in the order and other information.

If we discover an error in our system regarding product availability, we will contact you immediately giving you the option of modifying your order or canceling it. If you decide to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund as soon as possible.

If we are unable to contact you, your order will also be treated as canceled, and you will receive a full refund.

We shall not be liable if any products are not in stock or unavailable for any other reason.

ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENTS

All products from IT school EASYSKILLS may only be purchased for personal use and not for resale.

Any resale or distribution of products purchased at https://easyskills.net/ is strictly prohibited.

If you are interested in the resale or distribution of our products, please, contact us at admin@easyskills.net.

To ensure compliance with these Terms and product availability, you may not order more than five (5) products on Our Site within thirty (30) calendar days. If your order is over the quantity limit, our customer service team will contact you.

We reserve the right to cancel any order placed on Our Site by any customer without liability if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such customer has violated these Terms, or is engaged in any type of illegitimate or fraudulent activity, or for any other reason.

In case we decide to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

You must be over 18 years or older, and possess a valid credit or debit card to make an order on Our Site. By placing an order, you are promising that all details you provide are true and accurate, that you are 18 years of age or older, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds in the account to cover the cost of your order.

While we try to make sure that visual representations of our products displayed on Our Site are as accurate as possible, variations may occur due to technical restrictions of color reproduction on your computer equipment.

We shall not be liable for any inaccuracy in any visual representation of our products displayed on Our Site.

To place an order you need to take the following steps:

Select a model you'd like to purchase. Select product properties (e.g. color) and product size, if applicable, and proceed to checkout.

By completing the checkout process and placing an order clicking "Buy Now", you are offering to purchase the products from us.

Your order is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

After receiving the formal confirmation from us regarding your order, you are entering into the contract with us for the products purchased.

Legal title to the product purchased will pass to you upon your payment being accepted.

Risk in the product will remain with us until it is delivered to you at the address specified when you placed your order.

The price of any products will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of an obvious error.

These prices include delivery costs.

You will be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes.

Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Please contact your local customs office for further information on import duties and taxes before placing your order.

If import duties and taxes remain unpaid by you, we are under no obligation to compensate for any losses as a result of the destruction or abandonment of your order.

Please note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach or violation by you of any such laws.

Please note that if you return an item, you are responsible for reclaiming import duties and taxes directly from your local customs office.

Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already made.

Your order will only be processed once we have verified your payment method and received the payment for the products.

We only accept payments via valid credit or debit card.

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.

Please note, there are restrictions on some products for certain international destinations, so please ensure that the product you are ordering is permitted for import in your country of delivery before placing an order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date, so that you can track your order on the website of our shipping partner.

While we are trying to make sure your order is delivered by the estimated delivery date, certain circumstances may occur, where delivery is delayed due to the events beyond our reasonable control.

If this happens, we will try and arrange for your products to be delivered as soon as possible, but we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of such delay.

A signature may be required for delivery. You assume all responsibility once a signature is obtained at the delivery address.

If no one is available at your address to sign for your order, you will need to contact our shipping partner to rearrange the delivery.

All delivery failures should be reported via admin@easyskills.net.

If there is any damage to the package or any missing goods, when you receive your order, you should indicate the problem (if possible) on the delivery notice, and contact us no later than five (5) working days after receiving our order.

RETURNS POLICY

You can return any product ordered on Our Site for exchange or refund within fourteen (14) working days from the delivery date.

We only accept products in their original condition for exchange and refunds. Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with all tags attached. All products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure better protection during transportation.

We reserve the right to determine in our sole discretion, whether the products you returned are in their original condition. If we determine, the products are not in their original condition, they will be returned to you and no refund or exchange will be possible.

If return or exchange is caused by a fault of ours (e.g. you received a wrong size/model), we will cover the shipping costs back to us. Otherwise, you cover the shipping costs yourself.

You are responsible for insuring the package for the full value of the product to be returned.

You are responsible for the risks of your chosen shipping method. You agree that we will not be liable if any product your return is lost or damaged and that you will not receive a refund for any of such items.

You understand that before shipping the product back to us, you must notify our customer service team via admin@easyskills.net about the return and provide a tracking number for the package.

The refund takes up to fourteen (14) working days from the moment we receive the item. Refunds can only be made to the original form of payment.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of, any of our obligations to you if such failure or delay is caused by any event outside of our control.

Such events include, but are not limited to, wars, embargos, riots, lockouts, trade disputes, fires, floods or other natural disasters, interruptions of transportation, failures of telecommunication networks.

In case such an event takes place and it affects our obligations to you, we will inform you as soon as possible. Our obligations to you will be suspended for the duration of such an event.

If such an event affects the delivery of your order, we will get in touch to reschedule the delivery.
